A friend of mine has flipped homes throughout his career (he owns a construction company), recently a wealthy man has taken a liking to his work ethic and is willing to put up millions to flip homes with him. The homes will be purchased in NY area and wants to keep the buying maximum per home under 500k.
I would like someone else's perspective....
He says he is very busy running his company but knows this is an opportunity of a lifetime, considering he is always working, how can he find deals?
He is torn because he wants to deal hunt, but has a business and bills to pay.
Any Suggestions?
I was thinking he could outsource and have someone searching 40 hours a week for him but at the end of the day almost every deal he has found has been word of mouth, plus how do you teach someone else to look for deals....
