Thanks to a friend of mine that provide me a link to save my time and make me virtually work anywhere I want.
Now I can surfer internet on my laptop on the side of the highway, in the car driving, or on the top of mountain where AT&T 3G signal is available, but no wi-fi signal. Now I can use all the tools that I have on my laptop virtually anywhere.
Here is the hack that you can simply apply without jailbreak your iPhone.
