Hey guys,
I'm currently a B2B SaaS sales rep for a sales automation company, so I have experience with software and I am very good at selling it.
I've always been in sales just as a way to learn and master the skill for when I become an entrepreneur, and I'm now at the end of my rope wanting to start a SaaS company.
I understand the importance of starting with the market, and finding out their pain points, but I am having a huge issue with actually deciding on a market.
Right now here are my market ideas I'm considering, and my thoughts on them.
1. B2B SaaS salespeople - the market I know best. My qualm with it is how broad the job is - so it may be difficult pinpointing a specific need.
2. bars - hard to get a hold of the owner to interview them
Everything else just kind of pops into my mind, and I find a reason to disqualify it. Is anyone else having trouble deciding on a market, or am I just being indecisive?
