I have recently started a company and have designed a unique product for Xbox controllers that will provide better grip, feel, and control to controllers and users. If you need to know more about it to tell if it is patentable you can check our Facebook page here: http://www.facebook.com/pages/GamerGripz/131171303668595So everyone is telling me I need to patent it, but someone said that it is not patentable. So after looking at my product, can it be patented? And since my product idea is already out there would we be able to get a next day patent? Thanks for the help!
