IT Consultancy for Small/Medium-Sized Enterprises

Hey all - what are everyone's thoughts on a consultancy that helps small-businesses set up tech infrastructure (ie. getting them up and running w/ things like Google Apps, Asana, phone conferencing, BizSpark, EFax, PDFPen, other tools relevant to their business).

Individually, all of these things are fairly straightforward to set up so I suppose the question is whether people would be willing to pay someone to get them set up/troubleshoot things rather than deal with it themselves.
