I am looking at the possibility of a job board biz. An opportunity seems to be winking at me...

Any experience around here with that?

Specifically, I would be interested in a forum-like website where people can post their own want ads and possibly discuss their work too.

Having no programming experience I have no clue how much that would cost to set up.
