Hi All,
Just a quick intro for anyone interested.
For the past decade all I was focused on was being the most persuasive and best salesperson I could be whilst working a sales role for a big medical company. Life was good but I began to think there has to be more to having this skill.
I had my awakening when I first read TMF in May 2012 while away on a business trip.
From then on I have tried various ideas, worked my a$$ off outside of my JOB, registered a business, tasted failure and success, got discouraged, got motivated, rinse and repeat.
I gave my initial idea a good hot try again in October and made my monthly income in 4 days. I could no longer sell for someone else from that point on. I submitted my resignation in November and will finish of 2012 with my employer.
I'm 30, live in Melbourne, left a secure job to start my own business, have a vision to ball in the fastlane, looking to expand asap and teach reps my way of selling, have family commitments and responsibilities and scared as hell but excited for what 2013 has in store.
I see there is a handful of Melbournians from here, would be great to catch up with other like minded peeps because not many of my friends think about work/money/business like I do since reading the TMF .
