Hi everyone,
Just finished reading TMF after I had a friend recommend it - great book! I'll bore you all now with a bit about myself!
I'm 30 and my expertise is in computer engineering (I've been building and selling web applications for quite a few years) and recently started a supplement company selling a popular hangover preventative tablet (and will soon launch a natural stress/anxiety reduction supplement).
I just moved back to the states after living in Brazil for the past year soaking up the sun and learning Portuguese while supporting myself through the supplements I sell online. My original goal was to use the supplement's passive income to allow me to focus full time on an internet startup, but the supplement has done much better than I thought and is making me rethink that strategy. Now that I'm back in Southern California, I'm looking to push these products into retail stores (at least that's my hope). TMF has definitely inspired me to put more focus and effort into some of my ventures as I've been enjoying the freedom a bit too much before getting anywhere near the finish line - focus is definitely the main thing I need to work on.
This seems like a great resource to collaborate with other like-minded individuals - really glad I checked out this forum after finishing the read!
