Here lately i found out about a interesting "time managment" technique that helps be to keep focused throughout the day. So i want to share it with you and hope it can help you as well!
The technique is called the Pomodoro Technique.
What you basicly do is you use a timer to break down periods of work into 25-minute intervals. After Each interval there is a 3-5 minute break and after 4-5 25 minute cycles a 15-30 minute break can be taken.
It`s important that you focus 100% on your work within the 25 minute period... no distractions... also you will get a sense of achievement after every pomodoro which makes it easier to keep focused throughout the day.
For more information take a look at wikipedia:

I use this free timer for the Pomodoro Technique:

It works perfectly fine for me till all my work is at the laptop but there are likly also apps for smartphones and what so ever... all you need is a timer that reminds you after 25 minutes so you could even use a kitchen timer 😀
I never tried another tool but there is another page on wikipedia that refers to more tools so you might want to check it out:

So i hope this will help some of you! Atleast for me it does the job.
