I've been researching a niche lead generation market, and I've been trying quantify what factors determine if the niche is too crowded. Basically I am trying to figure out if it is worth my time.
I've been using google keywords to analyze the different keywords and look at the competition and it seems crowded. A key word here and there looks open, but all together it seems like theres many websites. Now I understand this is to be expected in ANY business, but how should I determine how much is to much.
I've been reading all the forum posts on lead gen and I remember you posted that you thought the online lead gen market was dieing MJ, you said you'd explain why and never followed up on the post. I was hoping you could further elaborate.
Anyways! If anyone has any ideas on competition analysis let me know. I've been looking through the forums and feel that information on this topic is a bit light!
