Hi, I'm interested to better understand the inner workings of these methods:

1) Sending qualified leads to a pool of registered businesses, where a limited number can purchase the lead contact info on a first come, first serve basis (e.g. sold to max of 3 businesses). An introduction service, where the lead and the business work things out past this point.

2) Sending qualified leads to the same pool of registered businesses. There is no limit to the amount of businesses that can quote for the service/product. In this instance, only when the lead and business have agreed a sale through your website, is the one successful business charged £x for the lead contact info to complete the sale.

I realise that scenario 2 would create a lot more work, and the numbers are a lot smaller. However, there is added security for both lead and business in this way which adds more value.

Been searching a lot, but most of the information out there seems to be on how to generate leads, or how to sell a product to a lead (i.e. from the business owners perspective).

Any insight, links or stories from experience would be really appreciated.
