Idea #1. I was reading over the obama health reforms and i noticed currently you can purchase health insurance out of state (small known secret i think). The benefit is not all states impose mandates on insurance like substance abuse programs and such. So I had an idea about a website where you could compare health insurance. You could tell it what your looking for and it will locate the cheapest providors.
Idea #2. With the same concept as above, an independant site for car insurance. Im taking like a complete quote where you can purchase it from the site, not like a ball park quote claiming like 400/6 months and when you go to order turns into 650 or so.
Im not sure if there are any sites out there currently (independantly owned) that do this and im sure it would take some time to tap into each provider but it would be profitable (I would assume) It would be like an online insurance broker/lead site.
These sites would be like the lead sites for the hotel/airfare sites
Whats your take on this?
