Just wanted to offer some information which has helped greatly to Increase, Growth.
A little Background about myself.
After 6 years of Studying hard while working as a Restaurant Server for 10 years, finally got accepted into Dental School, my second year applying. After Graduating dental school, with a $300k student debt over shoulders have began to realize the path to wealth in dentistry will be long and hard journey.
Started Reading numerous Success Books, podcasts, audio books, personal development, taking numerous seminars, continuing Education courses as previous employer was always doing the same and highly motivational. His previous mentor owned and built 30 dental offices and sold them all for $60 million. He was always reading numerous books about self improvement as well, always encouraging lower staff to read and making higher management staff give monthly book reports.
Then got into one lane of RE, read many books and took seminars on it. Plan was to start passive income stream on the side, took very expensive private 1-1 coaching to start RE business. First step the coach did was to assess natural strengths and talents to focus on. Until then, was always trying to focus on fixing personal weaknesses. It wasn't after taking 4 personal strength assessment (Kolbe A, Gallup Clifton Strength, Gallup Entrepreneurial, and Wealth Dynamic) tests that began to realize, much much more efficient and valuable to focus on your personal strengths, as they come naturally, quickly and enjoyably.
The most helpful books until now have been MJ DeMarco's and Roger Hamiltons. You guys can take a free small version of his personality strength assessment on his Genius U. Highly recommend his Wealth Dynamics test to help Increase, Growth
