LinkedIn better than Facebook?

I have begun to realize that for a service like mine that targets well educated and professional clients that have discretionary income to invest is better served using LinkedIn as a networking/lead generation platform than Facebook or Twitter. Consequently I am now working on building up my linkedin network.

It is also more or less spam free.
