Hi Fastlaners,
I am an IT Consultant and have my own LLC. I go to one client place at at time for project (through staffing companies) and bill them for hourly service. That is the primary purpose of LLC so far(although I tried to do some placements by the side but did not work out, I will provide details later for that part). I want to continue using my LLC to provide services to client and I make decent money.
I have few ideas I want to try out in my spare time. No product but service based, monthly fee based kind of website.Should I consider separate LLC or will same LLC workout? What could be benefits/ drawback for both cases.I can imagine tax filing and paper work as additional burden but if that makes sense I am ready to do that.
Also is there a detailed thread to test out idea before I put lot of money/time?
