Logistical conundrum

I'm trying to diversify and try something new, I've found the supplier.
The assets in question start producing income as soon as I acquire them, but will take a while to offset the financial difference incured by two methods of handling logistics.
I'm split between taking steps towards getting the assets immediately at a greater financial cost logistically, or waiting a short while in order to get the assets under a convenient financing logistical cost
