Hello everyone,
decided to join because IT'S TIME!
I am working on a new business and would share at the right time. I have lurked this forum for a long long time and learned a lot.
my little fast lane story/tip: when I was in college at 18 , I rented a two bedroom apartment and furnished it with items from goodwill. It was really one of the best looking apartments. I rented out the second bedroom (fully furnished) for the amount of the whole apartment and then some
. I basically lived rent free for 3 years. I was an international student and a lot of international students back then did not have SSN nor or drivers licenses needed for the rental applications and did not what to mess with the system , they also had rich parents back in their country so it was a pretty sweet deal. All you had to do was apply for a license and ssn, but they were too afraid for some reason, well I got mine, got an apartment and made money. I also made good money during the summer , sometimes renting out my own room and staying with a friend. If you are in college ...
