Looking for Partners / investors

As you see, I am new on this forum and it looks interesting!
May be some of you can help me?

I have 2 questions:

1/ To expan my network of Real estate agencies, I am looking for partners in US for selling investements abroad.

I am from Belgium, but our company is based in Turkey, and we build apartements and villas, hotels and whatever people want us to build.

2/ How are the US citizins looking towards investing abroad, especially Turkey? This would be very interesting to know for us, how to adjust our marketing strategy.
