Today I got a fantastic phone call for my online store business, it was a reporter for a country-wide newspaper that has the largest audience reach of all the papers.
The reporter wanted to do a (phone) interview with me, about me and my business for tomorrows newspaper.... and he wanted to call me in 40 minutes, no less!
AND he wanted to send a phot ographer to my home to take a photo of me with my gear.
Still working a day job while I'm getting everything set up for my businesses, I immediately took time off work and hurried home to get ready for the phone call and the photo shoot. Like the good book says, opportunity doesn't care how busy you are when it comes ..
The interview went great, and the photoshoot really well.
I'm so pumped to get a story about my business and myself!!
This is the second time I get an interview about me and my business, the first one was with a much niche specific with a much much much less reach.
Can't wait to read about myself in tomorrow's newspaper..!
