Howdy all. Name is Nate, I'm an army officer stationed in the south. Avid lover of all things finance related, have always had a bit of an entrepreneurial spirit. I have 5 years on my army contract, after which I plan on pursuing other goals. In the meantime, I have gotten started in real estate investing, writing a book, and working on getting my real estate license. I read incessantly: the past 4 months I have logged maybe 25-30 different books.The fast lane and 4HWW are both tied as my two top favorite from that time period 
Many of the principles outlined in each were already generic concepts and lofty goals that I had preconceived before reading, however both have really opened my eyes to the accessibility of, and the methods of achieving, "the dream". I am not a "get rick quick" chaser. I do not envision cashing out as a billionaire within months. I am a hard worker, and when I desire something, I learn about it, master it, and achieve it. Planning on sticking around here for a while, so figured I would give a proper introduction. Cheers!
