found out about this forum thanks to a YT video of @lowtek.
What i want here: find inspiration + improve my mindset and knowledge
My dream is to have my own successfull business, preferable something software related.
Now, i have a long list of failed ideas:
- mobile game (rougelike game like 1000000+ other games on Google Play) => Need violated
- mobile game (unfinished multiplayer game, campaign and developer blog showed no one cares about it) => Need violated
- mobile game (unfinished AI game, 99% of smartphones are far too slow to run my game ) => Scale violated
- football events detection with AI (way too unreliable with current technology) => product limits
- predict image quality with AI (Competition uses this with 100+ more features at a low price, as standalone or plugin for Photoshop) => Need violated
- 2 game botting clients (Need was fullfilled, even sold some monthly subscriptons, but wasn't 100% sure if this was all legal
and i don't want my business and my life crushed by one e-mail from the game company) => Control violated
- some more ideas not worth mentioning
After reading UNSCRIPTED and evaluating my failed ideas, i found out what my biggest problem is:
i think like a software engineer, finding something i think is innovative and cool and then trying to build the product,
without ever considering the market needs or my own limits.
Fortunately, i found a new idea which shows very high potential after a CENTS evaluation, published a nice landing page for it yesterday, and will reach out to the target group now for Soft Proof.
