This is the first entry into the chronology of my asymmetric process. Holding myself accountable is a character flaw I have, so to overwrite my motivation spurts I will instead make a post a day about my progress. I'm not sure if this is what @ZCP meant when they said to make a progress thread but I'm sure someone will coarse correct me eventually. For those who are just starting their entrepreneurial journey, I encourage you to also find a way to commit yourself daily to the pursuit of your dreams. A few examples can be writing and reciting a personal mission statement like the 7 habits book recommends, creating a dream bank so whenever you add cash to it you're reminded of what your goals are, and plastering reminders of your dreams everywhere possible. Whether that be a background image of your dream car, a tapestry of where you wish you lived, or a bucket list hung up wherever you can see it. Out of sight out of mind is a vicious force if you let it, but its opposite can turn headwinds into tailwinds. I wish you all well and may the odds be ever in your favor.

@Nevah Lucky good on you for starting the thread. You stated you would be an amazing student WHILE running a profitable business. This the progress thread for that.

Start with one or the other and start listing out the goals, next steps, and tasks to get that done.
Post your schedule doing it. SHOW the progress and we pop in from time to time to help you over pebbles in your path (that look like massive obstacles). You got this!

Good evening @MJ DeMarco,
After joining this blog and reading your books along with others, I’m committing to my financial journey. My first project to create value for others is a discord channel that filters and ranks financial books based off their message. My target market would start off with my friends and work outwards to those who are in the same relative age group.

My question for you is would you give a discount to my members so they can purchase your financial books?

From what I’ve experienced, finding quality financial advice for someone whose still young is kinda like taking a shot in the dark and your books cut through most of the bs to give the cold hard facts. I want to provide those like me the ability to start their financial journey off the right way.
