Ok so I have a relatively small portfolio of domains, some are up for sale as seen here - http://www.thefastlanetomillions.com/business-building-e-biz-internet/16062-going-selling-3-domains-walkthrough-me.html .
As for the rest of the domains, I realized much like I read in an article posted some time ago that much of the internet game is parked domains and buying/selling. Like Real estate I want to be a web property developer, not a buy/sell guy. Although I do enjoy domaining from what I have experienced thus far I would rather see different web properties developed and eventually either sold or keep and held for cash flow reasons.
What I do NOT want to do:
What I DO want to accomplish
In example, let’s use badjoints.com that I own. I want to make this a site on common joint related pains like arthritis and tendonitis ETC. Ideally having a content site with a possible forum attached. Cash flow being from either supplements if they are avalible or from advertising health centers. I also have treatingwhiplash.com that I would like to do something similar with.
SO TFLTM, has any one managed multiple developments in the past?
( I know Russ is a big advocate of focus, and that is what I am doing… focusing on a portfolio build, its just a wider than normal focus.)
In actuality it would be almost like managing multiple home flips, it would have to be planned and mapped out properly from the start (MS Project) and deadlines would have to be met or dealt with.
Would anyone suggest trying a JV with someone in the industry that might have the knowledge and bankroll to produces a hit site?
One thing I have read else where is typically when you do a large portfolio build you have a general focus on all of your sites ( See: CSN stores, all furniture e-comm)

What I do NOT want to do:
- Continue having parked pages
- Blogs that make money from ad sense or any other slow earning resource less avenue
- Junk site to hold for PR status and sell for $xxx
What I DO want to accomplish
- Resourceful and informational sites that either make money from sales of products, or sales from advertising relevant products or services from the contents of the site
- Some sort of informational with a lead generation background. Sell the leads and be 100% automated
