I have an idea - and need to conduct some market research. The most reasonable thing I can come up w/ is a landing page where I could track my traffic and "conversion."
However, I'm having trouble figuring out how to do this page without being able to actually provide the product / service yet.
Reason?
It is paying a fee to enter a contest to win a prize. For the purpose of this discussion, let's call it a chance to win a sailboat trip around the world. (that is not the real prize). And, let's say the fee is $40. The contestant will be selected upon preset criteria.
This is an area that is regulated pretty heavily by the feds... you have to have miles of small print, not valid in all states, etc. etc. So, it's not as if my landing page can offer this yet - as the atty is still working on all the small print.
How can I find out if people are willing to spend $40 to win a sail around the world?
