I have been rolling some thoughts around in my head regarding innovations in medical imaging technology. Unfortunately, I cannot discuss in detail on here as I do not wish to expose my intellectual property to risk.
Sounds great right? Unfortunately I cannot code. This would like a lot of coders, and as such a lot of money, if we plan to take it to market in a reasonable amount of time.
Looking for direction I guess....

- The concept would:
- Significantly reduce reoccurring connectivity costs of radiology sites, hospitals, telerad groups, and imaging centers with multiple private lines.
- Significantly Reduce connectivity/routing hardware requirements.
- Eliminate need for software based accelerations platforms (IE: Cisco WAE/WAAS) and associated hardware, support, and licensing costs.
- Optionally reduce costs of reading workstations.
- Eliminate the need for application delivery platforms (IE: Citrix, vApp, etc) and associated hardware, support, and licensing.
- Deliver Clinical images faster to radiologists, without the need for complex solutions.
- Client-less solution, browser/device agnostic.
- All additional encryption methods that cause undue IT overhead and additional costs can be reduced to an SSL certificate.
- Eliminate hardware costs for the server-side system (PACS)
- Eliminate the need to guess how much storage you may need for X-years, leaving you underestimating or overestimating, either costing money.
- ....and more.
