Membership Level Feature Ideas

On another post I listed an idea on how using a directory website charging small businesses in the area a small monthly fee to post their business on our website, which we drive traffic to through other efforts. What I am curious to know is what kind of features would be more beneficial to businesses on a directory service. I am thinking of having about 4 different levels of membership, Free, Basic, Premium and Elite. What would you want from a business listing service, something that will set this service apart from others.
