Hey guys,
I share the book Mental Jogging, by Reid J. Daitzman.
It's a rare book produced in 1980.
Its rights have been recently sold to the Russian Federation.
For this reason, I couldn't find it if not used.
Milton Erickson (the famous psychotherapist and hypnotist from where the modern PNL born and from where Tony Robbins learned all his techniques) recommended this book to each of his students.
It aims to increase problem-solving and creativity.
I attach the PDF.
The quality is average but besides the introduction, the rest are exercises.
