As you might know, Udemy is one of he fastest growing online learning platforms out there.
I'm currently creating a video course as an info product. Although the rest of my funnel (blog posts, opt-in page, freebie etc.) is on my own site, I'm considering upload the product itself to Udemy.
Some pro's:
- Easy to access for my current customers.
- New potential customers.
- Review system.
Con's
- Giving away control. You can't create a buyers list for example.
- It's really crowded with products.
- It might look a little bit less "exclusive" or valuable somehow.
- Your product must be 100% video, which costs a lot more time than having text with some recorded videos in it.
What are your thoughts about this?
