To Minimize These Delays
First you need to understand their culture,
similar to the island lifestyle, there is no sense of urgency.
Westerners do things today to avoid problems tomorrow
The Chinese will do things tomorrow when problems arises.
So call them and email them every single day!
Ask if any problems arise or if they need any help.
It is just how things work here...

She'll serve who's the loudest and most annoying.

Unless you're a massive buyer, ordering containers at a time.
You will get bumped down the list if you're not on their a$$.
