Business wasn't my first rodeo, so I thought of strategy before entering, its time I share it.
So wtf is up with my title?
Money fast - Does it lead to disillusionment? Can it be cheaply achieved?
Money slow - Can freedom be attained before cash?
Freedom first - Is it possible to have freedom without money, greater than most who get money fast?
Buying time - What quality of time does money buy? Will it make freedom easy? Or will something continue to clip at your heels?
I was wary of buying time being a red herring, and disillusionment tainting my ambition.
So I chose money slow, freedom first.
3 years of famine later, I discovered their respective answers.
Freedom first is possible
and it allows you to scale the freedom independant of cash OR in parallel with it.
Generally cash fast has no effect on freedom.
Cash slow can lead to better adaptability and bigger/more meaningful payoff.
Buying time may have an effect, but only if the few hours of work a week bothers you somehow.
Conclusion:
If buying time, know how it will affect mindset, or you may waste time chasing what will incur small effect on your freedom.
Educate your decisions.
