Conceptually this is one of the most beautiful aspects of the Fastlane to me: you've made a sizeable sum from your business, now you can receive consistent monthly dividends without lifting a finger.
Do understand that this is not a Fastlane strategy, but a money-system designed to provide steady, reliable cash flow. There is a lot of discussion on options selling now, which can provide a lot higher returns but also necessitates a lot more knowledge and effort.
Back to the point of the thread, does anyone have any feedback on using these this type of money system (stocks, closed-end funds, REITS, etc.) that has been fairly stable and successful over the past few years? The article mentions a few: FAX, PMM, AWF, and others, but there's been a lot of change in the markets since this article was published. Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations or ones to avoid.
