MJ takes a clear stand on this issue in his book, recommending "Monogamy" meaning to stick with one business. Launching a second business only takes you away from your primary venture, causing it to fail rather than to explode.
Since I got into this whole entrepreneurship thing I have tons of ideas for businesses. Some of them could be fairly easily executed (but they still dont violate the commandment of entry. At least not much)
I am helping my wife out with her business, in the meantime my own business gets 0 attention. I could try to schedule my week more effectively, so that all areas get a little attention, including my many new ideas that I want to try out.
Those new ideas occupy my mind, which is not good, because I should focus on my main venture, and being overwhelmed with things I'd like to do, I end up procrastinating doing things that dont result in progress on anything...
Has anybody here been successful or not successful with multiple ventures at the same time?
Any ideas for how to beat procrastination and work effectively on only one thing?
Any suggestions on how to deal with all those exciting, motivating, inspiring new ideas that I'm getting, that give me doubts about the idea I already started to pursue?
