Thought this would be a great topic to possibly create ideas from.
What are some of the most lucrative businesses you know of? Not talking most $ income but highest % rate of return.
For example... Throwing concerts a successful show will make 4-5 times the initial down payments and sometimes up too 10x.
Real estate. For a relatively "small" investment you can get licensed and make relatively "large" amounts of money as a realtor.
Anything that could be helpful to fast lane ideas (even if the original biz. is not fast lane) post it !!! Ranging from small solo businesses to being the CEO of a growing company.
