I started with many of the same books and thoughts that I’ve read in here. That makes me know that I’m not that crazy. And as I’ve learned financial literacy, I’ve realized how I’ve made poor choices and how difficult personal change is. I am grateful now knowing so much more of what not to do!
I cultivated well and have had a bit of too many choices of paths to choose from. I want to say this is a good problem, but I found it cumbersome. I found my self looking for an obsession and what I found was writing, marketing, small business, and things that make gain weight! Especially most combinations of wings and IPA.
I’m starting my progress thread going in to self-publishing as a cash generator. From here, I’m planning on leveraging the cash flow in to business ownership. Recently has been the most fortuitous period since 2009. Options have opened up, opportunities are abundant, and smart people think I think too much.
In roughly a month, I’m releasing a short ebook on Amazon. Irrespective if it does well, the process of writing a book as often as possible, and building a productive business around ebook publishing has been valuable. It is the first book in a series built around a coaching brand.
Real estate has always been good to me. (Well, not really. But the concept of real estate has.) Domain name trading taught me virtual real estate. Between the two, and some great threads here, I figured out you can build real estate inside a platform. Essentially, a brand built in a shopping platform (like Amazon) can be used to test and/or launch a larger plan.
So, for me, ebook publishing is about building a machine that produces valuable information for customers, and growing that into a larger plan. Even a small success in this way is very valuable.
