My biggest hurdle so far

It's been a long time since I made a 'real' post for the last time but I'm happy to be back

The last weeks and even months I found myself getting quite good ideas for earning money online, not least because of all the qualified posts here which helped me to get an idea of what is a good idea and what isn't.

When I have a good idea everything runs quite well at first. Let's say I do my planning, I draw sketches how the website should look like, I list all the functionalities, etc.

But at some point, and it is always exactly the same point everything goes down the rain. It's the point when it is time to have the website actually built.
My friends, my relatives and myself lack the knowledge that is required to build such a website. We do know how to develop a rather simple one but nothing as complicated as a web application for example.

For me the logical consequence is that I need to have it built by someone else. Now the problem is that this "someone else" always wants something around 50.000€ for the website - an amount that I cannot afford...
And this brings me to this certain point where it always stops - financing my project.

So what would you suggest? What should I do? I've thought of basically two things.

1st one is to look for investors - the problem is I have no idea how to do that and I'm not sure if anybody would invest 50.000€ in a not even 17 year old.

2nd one is to start a smaller business first, earn up to 50.000€ and finance the project myself. The problem is that I cannot predict how long this would take and I consider it as possible that in the meantime a competitor will get the same idea...
