Most people wake up with just enough time to get themselves ready for the daily grind. I struggled with this for years.
I read the miracle morning twice for motivation, I tried multiple alarm clocks and different types of alarms, I tried to control my bedtime, kept a journal, etc.
With all of these techniques I had varying levels of success but nothing that always worked. The most important thing I've learned is that:
1.) we are all different, you have to experiment to see what works for you
2.) if you keep failing, try something different but don't give up
So, here's what finally clicked with me, it's not earth shattering but it works:
The night before, prepare coffee machine to automatically brew at the intended wake up time (you can get a cheap programmable coffee machine for about $40).
Next, set alarms on 3 different alarm clocks (don't use your phone). 1 that's easily visible and within arms reach. 2 that require you to get up and turn them off. Then brush teeth and get in bed.
Put on a sleep mask and listen to some relaxing music that you've heard before (no audiobooks). Continue listening until you notice yourself dosing off.

In the morning, everything just falls into place. The best part is that I can adjust my wake up times effortlessly, ie if waking up at 5 am is leaving me too tired in the middle of the day, I just change my alarms to 7 am.
The most interesting part is that it's not the coffee, the alarms or the music. It's the routine of "getting ready" that seems to mentally prepare the mind to wake up on time. If you could press some button and automatically have everything ready for you, then I think this routine would be less effective.
