What's up everybody,
Stumbled upon this forum via Google search a few weeks ago whilst having an inspiring moment reading "Titan - The Life of John Rockefeller". Consequently, I got around to buying the book and was genuinely impressed by the content. More than anything, what I took from "The Millionaire Fast Lane", was the absolute passive earning power of automation. I've always been an Entrepreneur, but have been working with the wrong revenue models and minimal scaling potentials.
I really appreciate what's going on here on the forum and honestly believe that the people who stick it out on here - are the 1% of the world who will make it one day. So, for all the quality posts, inspiring reads, and genuine support, thank you.
I guess this will be my little slice of the forum where I share my status and business paths :coolgleamA:
Feel free to keep up with my blog here, and this thread!

-Registered a business with my partner
-Opened up an American Dollar Business Account
-Waiting for our business Credit Cards to arrive
-Researched and designed an E-Commerce Store (Which we have decided to put on hold)
As of now, we're waiting on credit cards and have decided to go the safer drop shipping route as our first step into the fast lane. We've sourced some great suppliers and found some Canadian based markets we feel we can out market, out price and overall dominate the existing competition with superior design and service.
Initially, the products we planned on getting manufactured for our current existing E-Commerce Store, were absolutely overpriced per unit and our margins would have been stick thin. We ditched that route, and are going to hold out till we either: Find a real manufacturer in China, or stumble upon a better idea.
Although our first go at an E-commerce store seems to be at a red light right now. Me and my partner both feel that the experience earned from the communication with "manufacturers" (read: middleman with bad English), banks and various other parties was valuable towards our maturity into business people.
I've really took a plunge these past 2 weeks and have done things I've never expected to do for at least a couple of years. But, this forum, the book, and a few factors going on in my life currently really showed me how important time is, and how age is honestly, completely irrelevant to fast lane success.
I'd also like to add, that I really am not aiming for E-Commerce and drop shipping to be my lively hood - it's simply a doorway into the world of passive income and the first step towards developing a true product or service that will be MINE and that I'll proudly call fastlane!
So, looks like we're still in the driveway... but the ignition is on, and we're just waiting to step on the gas
And with that, I leave you with this

Hard work, dedication and not choosing the easy way out is the only real way to success in anything.
Persevere, and good luck!
