I love this definition, because it makes ANY goal achievable. It makes ideas of ANY scale realistic. It takes the burden off of you, and emphasizes how critical delegation is in order to achieve something. It necessitates cooperation. I think it embodies the most positive aspects of entrepreneurship and leadership.

Being an ethical person, not interested in employing fraud or coercion (I'm no politician, after all) I do the above by manufacturing a "win" for all parties involved in a transaction.
