My age is 19 year and I am starting my medical College this year in September . I came across MJ and Millionaire fastlane as a normal broke chap looking for book to make quick bucks. I personally bought Unscripted in year 2020 before quarantine and that book is a literal game changer . It has transformed my thinking pattern 180 deegre and now instead of working as a normal doctor on payroll , i aspire to be a medical entrepreneur and gain financial freedom .
My father is a private physician so I have headstart over fellow peer . How I plan to achieve my financial freedom -
Private Hospital based on CENTS Framework . ( Ultimate Goal )
The best part is that Medical field is an evergreen sector with endless opportunity . How this fit with the CENTS parameter ?
Control - Since I am the 100% owner I check the Control variable.
Entry - It take roughly 7-9 year to become a certified doctor so Entry is not even a question . It's not something like dropship or FBA that even a newbie can take plunge into .Checked
Need - As long as disease exist , Doctor exist . One of the most foolproof sector .
Time - This is the only parameter that's a drawback tbh . Ultra time intensive sector .
Scale - My decision to build a hospital and hire faculties for various department is the way I am achieving the Scale variable.
