Hi there. New to this forum.
I work with marketing and selling larger projects. My largest project so far has been for around $70.000, but mostly about $2000-$3000 per order. I'm still working my way up though and learning new things and struggling with things that we all get to face every day while on the job.
Anyways. I'm hoping to learn how to make more profits. Because my business right now has been highly dependent on me and it hasn't been growing as much or as fast as I would like it to grow.
One area I really want to improve is that I want to have my own stock as opposed to selling and buying on demand. That would make things much easier and much more solid - with faster delivery times for the customers and more opportunities for me. But the costs of keeping stock have been too high and outweighing the benefits right now. But I'm looking to change that by perhaps changing the way I work or how I run my business.
Also I have yet to figure out how to get employees into my business and that is something that I have not quite been able to do yet. I think maybe that is because I don't quite have "easy" tasks in the business factored out yet which anyone would be able to do on a day to day basis and make a profit for the business. Or maybe it is something else - maybe something personal - I don't know.
