I am a business fanatic, (though I don't have a business at all), I want to have a business which there is no stress at all! Now I know many people will say to me how is it possible that you having a business without stress at all? I want a tycoon type of business which runs by itself. I've been doing lots of researches on businesses of franchise and non-franchise. For example, Subhash Chandra the owner of indian channel Zee tv, business tycoon Bill Gates and so many others out there who create or buy a franchise and it runs byitself gaining so much profit, that is what kind of business I want. So here are my goals which I was thinking for future:
- Urgent Care, I don't see this business failing at all, though I don't have a medical background I keep on thinking over and over that how can a Urgent care actually fail as a business? So If i open up a Urgent care, how much profit am I looking at comparing to expense? If anyone can shed light on this would be great!
-Subway/7-11/I.T company- If I open up these franchise or even start scratch of I.T testing company I really don't see how these would fail if I open them in a busy traffic, near metro stations, or in a plaza type area?
-Oil Well, I was doing research on these businesses regarding Oil Well not the Oil itself. I see there is great potential profit in this business, but back in my head I come back to point A, thinking if businesses do run very well such as subway, 7-11, and oil well businesses why people sell it? That is my main concern...... For right now my investment is $10,000-$20,000.
In future, investment could be $500,000- to one million. So any advice appreciated please help thanks.
