I have only one client for my fastlane business. By the end of 2011, this client will have paid me $100K net. If I had 10 more of these clients, I could become a millionaire.
My problem is, this is the only client I have. I have become complacent in looking for new business. In fact, I dont do it at all. I have had a few referrals, but I dont really go after them, and usually ignore them. I have the time to prospect and sell, but I hate selling and cold calling. I hate it. I want someone else to do it. I should add that with the extra time I have had, I was finally able to get in shape and raise my children, to be a parent and not one passing in the morning. This to me has been the best year of the last 10 years of my life.
What should I do? When I owned a business as a late teen, early 20's, I always kicked myself for not taking it far enough, all it did was provide a good living. I dont want that to happen again.
