Most of my experience is in SEO with my main site making 150-250 RPMs via an affiliate offer.
Thanks to under optimizing, providing unique value and helpful content, the site is still doing okay even with all of the Google core updates… but ofc it tanked back in Nov 2022 and the traffic is steadily climbing back up. I’ve also built up a few other sites to 150k-500k sessions/mo.
As SEO and betting Google will give you traffic is risky, I’m currently working to diversify income streams.
One project I’m figuring out is traffic arbitrage via facebook ads > gpt written articles with display ads as the revenue driver. Spending 5 figures/mo but once we scale the ads, cost per results drop significantly.
If anyone is doing something similar, I’d love to hear how you go about it and tips for scaling.
Ps, I’m a longtime member of Buso which is seemingly dead now. I also joined BHW but most of their user base is well, to put it nicely, uninspiring.
