Alright, I've been comfortable for far too long. For more than a year now I've been reselling on Craigslist and Ebay for my full-time income. I have also imported several products in the same niche (cars) which has worked rather well. But I feel I've reached a point where I can't take things to the next level without having any element of Control.
Ebay, despite all the shit you'll hear about it, is pretty awesome. It's allowed me to research profitable items and reach thousands of customers easily. But I have no control, and that's why I am starting my own store (though I am trying to only think of it in terms of brand.) Plus not having to pay those 12% fees is something I'm really looking forward to, paying that bill each month is always disappointing.

If anyone has suggestions, even better. The caveat being that the ".com" must be available because I'm not going with a .net or anything else. As mentioned above, items will be in the autos niche. I also have plans for expanding into parts dropshipping, related articles/blogging for car enthusiasts, and tutorials/write-ups for various repairs to bring in more buyers.
