Can't get my head around what to properly search for, but what I have found is not what I want....
Needs to be able to be:
Self service entry of an offer by many businesses ( like a classified ad)
Ability to sort out offers by Geo targeting (like Groupon) to consumer visitors
Purchase on the site (through paypal/authorize.net etc) one of listed offers, again like Groupon
Revenue split on purchases, up to three ways, business, referrer, host.
Have searched on: Groupon Clone - no self service entry - more daily deal type plugin
Classified ads, - typically up front fee and not purchase through site, but the self service entry of offer I want.
Booking, - typically based on a calendar date or appointment scheduling,

I have a group of people (visitors) looking for face to face consulting advice.
I want consultants to post their offer and credentials, picture etc (no charge to list)
Show Geo Targeted offers to visitors.
Visitor selects an offer and pays on website immediately.
Visitor and consultant sent details of transaction, phone #'s and email for contacting each other.
Consultant gets a % of the offer sold through the site after visitor confirms appointment booked.
I have a good programming team that can customize, but I would like to find something off the shelf that is 80+% of what I want. I can't imagine that this model is so unique there isn't something close to hitting most of my wishlist....
