My neighbor just lost her house and is asking me to find her a mobile home and finance the place for her..

I found a single wide and they are asking $4500.. They have been trying to sell for 6 mo and no luck.. I'm pretty sure I can buy it for $3k..

So I want to take my neighbor to see this mh before I pull the trigger, but they have a big sign in the window with the price..

I was hoping to sell it to her with a $1k down and $210/48mo..

I asked if they would take the sign down, but they dont want to.. I also asked if I can show it without them there and they said they were more than happy to take the time to show it to us again.. Lol..

If she sees the sign she would back out thinking I'm trying to rip her off..

So, what to do?!?
