Hi people, I just registered to this forum to see if I can gather some live insights and advice.
I am currently working on a small start up for energy drink.
This is my first attempt in starting any type of business, and I've done my homework and research and so far I've got a grasp of what needs to be done.
Due to simplicity of my innovation idea however (just like the idea of 5hour energy being in a small bottle and nothing more) I do not wish to go through crowd funding, where my idea is exposed to public.
Without crowd funding though, I have no access to resources and capital to come out with a professionally sealed aluminum can prototype. I want to be able to have one aluminum can, profesionally sealed to present to the VC when time comes, and I'm struggling to find a way to do this. I don't mind redneck method. I've tried alibaba looking for cheap tools and what not and so far no luck.
Private branding service company expects 5000 minimum case order and such and I can't afford it at this point.
It's not absolutely necessary that I do this.. but just wondering if anybody knows a way..
