Hello everyone, my first post since my coming to this forum.
I am from Brazil and I need some feedback on my idea right now, that I am already pursuing but have few(lots) of holes to fix.
My sister in law is a psychologist specialist in autistic children and families, and despiste being new she is having a lot of success.
One of the methods she uses to help these children is through games, made of cards, dice, roulette, magnets, etc... she downloads arts from internet and handcraft all the games for personal use in clinic.
Our idea right now is to manufacture such games in large scale for selling, she doesn't have the time for it, but i have and i know that i can do it.
What i thnk that i must do:
I need some input in it.
I think that if I look for a publisher i can focus more on the creation of more products, but my % will be very low..
I am yet in the step 1 (we already have a few games, but we are creating the again).

- Create draft and patent it.
- Hire freelancers to create the art and the design by our specifications.
- Look for manufacturers or publishers (hardest part for me right now, since i don't have the experience)
- Sell on amazon
- Marketing ->magazines targeted to the audience/youtube/ads/website/social media
- Sell it more.
- Look for publishers in other countries for translations.
- Sell more.
- create new games
- Sell more
- create new games and books
- sell.
- profit?
I need some input in it.
I think that if I look for a publisher i can focus more on the creation of more products, but my % will be very low..
I am yet in the step 1 (we already have a few games, but we are creating the again).
