I'm looking for videos demonstrating how companies have conducted their customer development process using Lo-Fi testing, rough prototypes etc on their journey to achieving product-market fit for their startups.
I'm a startup mentor and many of my startup teams simply don't have time to read all of the Steve Blank books and Lean Startup series so I think some videos showing how other startup teams have done this in practice would be enormously helpful. I've trawled YouTube and Google but am not coming up with a lot. Any suggestions / links? Thanks so much!
