Does anyone have any long lasting tips to staying focused? Right now I have a hard time focusing on things that need to be done and find myself repeating the same mistakes. I continually procrastinate only to hate myself before going to bed for not completing my daily/weekly goals. I've read the compound effect and anthony robbins but have only found the motivation advice to be a short term band aid. Any advise and I will greatly appreciate it. I really don't know how to fix my mind set.
